MESIT presented a new tachograph for rail and road transportation at the TRAKO 2025 trade fair
At the end of September, the 16th annual TRAKO 2025 international railway fair took place in Gdańsk, Poland, which is considered as one of the most important gatherings of experts and companies in the railway industry in Central and Eastern Europe. For MESIT, it was an opportunity to present a new generation of tachographs designed to accurately record operational data for road and rail vehicles.
The new model offers improved data collection and security features, a modern user interface, and takes into account operators' requirements for reliability, accuracy, and user-friendly operation. Participation in the fair was also a great opportunity to meet with our customers and partners from Poland and other European countries, with whom we discussed the latest trends and new developments in the field of transport electronics and traffic management systems.
In addition to the new tachograph, we also presented other products from the MESIT portfolio, such as insulation condition monitors, fuel measuring devices and other electronics that contribute to the safety, and efficiency of transport systems. Presentation of our engineering activities also attracted interest, ranging from the production of precision aluminum castings and CNC machining to final surface treatments.
This year's fair attracted nearly 700 exhibitors from 29 countries and more than 25,000 visitors from 49 countries. The high turnout was also boosted by significant anniversaries – the 100th anniversary of Polish State Railways (PKP) and the 200th anniversary of railways worldwide, which added a festive atmosphere to the entire event.
We would like to thank everyone who stopped, and we look forward to further meetings and new opportunities for cooperation.
